Craftsmanship and passion form the identity of our indoor panificio. Our panificio provides in crispy sourdough bread, fresh barista coffee and the tastiest Italian pastry. In the evening, the bakery forms the entrance of our restaurant, where you will find the artisan bread, accompanied with fragrant Italian oil - the accompanist of an Italian fine dining experience.

Sourdough bread

24 hour fermentation. Crispy, full favour homemade sourdough. Blend of artisinal milled white flour, whole grain and bit of rye. 100% sourdough. 1200gr.

Whole grain

Blend of artisinal milled spelt and rye flour, kernels and seeds. 100% sourdough.

Focaccia

Blend of artisinal milled white flour, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. 100 % sourdough.
With tomato, aubergine, zeter spice and sesame or tomato and olive.

Croissant

Handrolled french classic made with 100% butter, artisanal milled white flour, mix of sour dough and fresh yeast.

Almond croissant 

Handrolled french classic made with 100% butter, artisanal milled white flour, mix of sour
dough and fresh yeast and quality almonds.

Tortino alle nocciole 

Crispy tart made with milkchocolate cream, salty caramel and Piemontese hazelnuts

Kouign-amann

Crispy and chewy bun with caramelised cane sugar, 100 % butter, mix of sour dough and fresh yeast.

Sun bun 

Soft bun filled with apricot confiture with fresh raspberry.

Chocolate brioche 

Small tart made with chocolate brioche, chocolate cream and blueberry compote.

Crostate di mele

Apple tart with caramelized almonds.

Opening Hours

Our panificio is open from 8 am till 3.30 for  coffee, lunch, pastries, sandwiches and bread.
